There is only security guard at night helping with self check-ins, a little inconvenient, but the staffs are very helpful. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Interesting concept to have a communal kitchen and lounge. Laundry facility is definitely a plus. The only downside is, there is renovation going on 3rd floor while we stay, but the hotel didn’t blocked off the unsightly mess.

Good option for visitors wanting a quiet hotel with quick and easy access to MTR subway and taxis. Plenty of small markets and restaurants nearby, too.

2nd year in a row at Dash for the Rugby 7s. great location, great room. Staff are helpful and service is fast. recommend.

A good view of the skyline of Kowloon mountains from the hotel room, including the famous Lion Rock. Best transportation around the building. Networks of Mass transit Railway, bus, mini bus are all reachable within 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The shopping Centre of Metro Harbour Plaza 5 minutes from the hotel provides most basic needs. Nice staff team. No breakfast but complimentary Bolo Bun and coffee machine are provided at the lobby. A practical way to store the suitcases under the bed while the room is compact.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. The room was small but very clean. Most of the time, you didn't see the staff, but they were there immediately when you needed help. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, such as Ms. Mira. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere, with a 24-hour convenience store downstairs. It's a two-star hotel, but all the services and facilities are better than a three-star hotel. At this price, I've never seen a better hotel; it's absolutely excellent value for money! For sure come back again for my next trip in Hong Kong. Please note : they have 9F and 6F, higher would be better!
